(3) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the judgment dated 8.10.2025, rendered in Writ Petition No. 7 of 2025 (MS), therefore, this petition be decided in terms of the said judgment. (4) Learned State Counsel concedes that the reason for non-renewal of petitioner’s license of practice is the same as was in Writ Petition No. 7 of 2025 (MS). Thus he submits that he has no objection if this petition is decided in terms of the said judgment.
