Niharika Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J. Heard, Shri Vijay Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned Additional Government Advocate. The sole argument advanced by the learned counsel for the revisionist is that there is a chance of settlement between the parties, as there are two minor children, in case mediation is done properly between the parties. This revision has been filed assailing the order dated 16.04.2025 passed in Misc. Criminal Case No.1162 of 2023 (Pushpa Verma and Others Vs. Amar Nath Verma @ Rinku) by the Additional Principal Judge-II, Family Court, Barabanki by means of which interim maintenance of Rs.2000+1000+1000, totaling Rs.4000 has been awarded against the revisionist which is to be paid to the respondent nos.1 to 3. In view of above, since the case is pending before the Family Court, this revision is disposed of with liberty to the revisionist to approach the Family Court with a request for sending the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of the Family Court. In case any such application is moved within a period of two weeks from today with an undertaking that the revisionist shall pay the interim maintenance awarded by the Family Court regularly w.e.f. 16.04.2025 onwards, the concerned court shall refer the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
