The Letter dated:06.05.2017 vide Annexure-A is called into question in this Writ Petition on several grounds as setout in the Memorandum of Writ Petition. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. The Government has filed a detailed statement of objections and the same is taken note of. The Deputy Commissioner, Kodagu District, Madikeri has transferred the petitioner on 21.04.2017. The petitioner has not assailed the said order. However, he has questioned only the consequential relieving order passed by the Executive Officer. Moreover, there is an alternate remedy provided under Section 63 of the Karnataka Hindu Religious Institution and Charitable Endowment Act, 1997.
