The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 16.06.2025, passed by Joint Commissioner (Food), Lucknow, whereby the interim application filed by the petitioner along with his appeal no.2137 of 2025 was rejected. The appeal in question has been filed challenging an order of cancellation passed against the petitioner on 02.05.2025, perusal of the impugned order indicates that the appeal is being fixed for hearing. 3. In view thereof, no interference is called for and the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Court concerned to conclude the hearing of the appeal no.2137 of 2025, with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months, in accordance with law. Till the decision of appeal, no third party right shall be created in respect of the shop in question.
