Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to treat petitioner promoted to the suppertime scale with effect from 21.06.2024 in Grade Pay of Rs.10,000 (Pay Matrix Level 14) when other officers have been promoted on the basis of recommendations of the Selection Committee dated 29.09.2023, with all the consequential service benefits. 3. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to approach the State Public Services Tribunal. 4. Considering submissions advanced by learned counsel for petitioner, petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to raise his grievances before U.P. State Public Services Tribunal which may be considered expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of presentation of claim petition in case there is no legal impediment.
