Learned State counsel has been provided written instructions dated 11.07.2025 and submits that subsequently petitioner has been removed from service vide order dated 06.05.2025 granting liberty to him to file appeal there against. 4. In view of such submission being made, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the said order. 5. In view aforesaid, petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to challenge the order dated 06.05.025 in appellate proceedings which shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
