Heard Shri Ajay Pratap Singh Vatsa, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Satish Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 17.02.2025 as well as the subsequent order dated 05.04.2025 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lucknow. The petitioner states that the petitioner has already filed an application under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for being impleaded. The said application is said to be listed for hearing on 19.08.2025. 3. Without going into the merits of the claim, the effective remedy for the petitioner is to prefer an appeal under Order 43 Rule 1, if so advised, as well as he is entitled to press his application for impleadment. 4. Considering the urgency as pleaded, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lucknow to pass orders on the impleadment application, without giving unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, with all expedition, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
