The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : (a). a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.3 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment/possession on public utility land situated at Village Panchayat-Kathindra, Pargana Patti, Tehsil Raniganj, District Pratapgarh i.e. Gata No. 47, having area of 0.0190 hectare and Gata No.48 having area of 0.0130 which is recorded as "Manure Pit (Khad Gadha)" in the revenue extract of village concerned. (b.) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the opposite parties no.3 and 4 to decide the complaints/representations of petitioner in relation to illegal encroachment of public utility land of Village Panchayat -Kathindra, Pargana Patti, Tehsil Raniganj, District Pratapgarh i.e. Gata No. 47, having area of 0.0190 hectare and Gata No.48 having area of 0.0130 which is recorded as "Manure Pit (Khad Gadha)" in the revenue extract of village concerned within specific time frame preferably within a month. 3. Standing Counsel on the basis of the instructions states that the proceedings under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code have already been initiated. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off with direction to conclude the proceedings within ninety days in accordance with law.
