1. Heard Sri Pradeep chandola, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. In the light of proposed order, notice to private respondents is dispensed with. 3. Present dispute pertains to the land situated at Gata No. 992, situated in Village - Juggaur, Tehsil - Sadar, District - Lucknow, which is claimed by the petitioner to be his ancestral property, while the private respondents had initiated mutation proceedings on the basis of sale deed dated 27.04.1988. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the dispute has reached to the stage of revision before the Board of Revenue, which revision has been registered as Revision No. 1547/2025 (Computerized Case No. R20251046001547) - Smt. Radhika Devi Vs. Nadim Akhtar Kidwai, under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, where at the behest of private respondents an order for status quo to be maintained by the parties has been passed by the Board of Revenue. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that despite his filing objections against the application for interim relief in the aforesaid revision, the Board of Revenue has illegally and arbitrarily passed the said order without considering the fact that mutation was sought on the basis of forged sale deed. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter up to some length submits that grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case Board of Revenue is directed to consider and decide the revision with expedition. at the stage of hearing. Petitioner has undertaken that he will cooperate in the proceedings before the Board of Revenue. 7. In the light of above, and considering the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner, present writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.
