Petitioner has filed this petition in July, 2025 challenging an order dated 11.12.2023 passed by District Magistrate, Sultanpur declining the claim of the petitioner for being provided license of a shop for sale of crackers, one which is appealable, that too, without preferring an appeal. 3. We see no reason to entertain this petition after such delay especially as the petitioner did not avail the remedy of appeal under Rule 121 of the Explosives Rules, 2008. 4.
