The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned order dated 26.05.2025 passed by the opposite party no.2 in Appeal No. 901/2025, Computerized Case No.C202504000000901, under section. 13(3) of U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution) Order 2016 namely Lalji Yadav Vs. State of U.P. (so far as it relates to the interim relief application), as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice." 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order whereby, prayer for grant of interim relief was rejected. 4. The order impugned itself records that the appeal was listed for hearing on 16.06.2025. 5. Considering the fact that the appeal can be heard and disposed off, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the appellate authority to consider and decided the abovesaid appeal in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
