Sharma, Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) at GSSS Tebban, District Mandi. He preferred a representation on 12.12.2024 (Annexure P-1) seeking transfer from his present place of posting on the ground that he had completed normal tenure at the aforesaid place. He was appointed under handicapped quota. His grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct -2- Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of three weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
