Police Station Gumanpura, Kota City mentioning therein that the accused appellant Murlidhar and accused appellant-Chauthmal died on 30.09.2009 & 12.09.2014 respectively. In support thereof, the photocopy of death certificates of accused appellants-Murlidhar and Chauthmal issued under the signature of Registrar, Death and Birth, Kota have been enclosed. In view of the fact that accused appellants Murlidhar and Chauthmal have died, the criminal appeals qua accused appellants Murlidhar and Chauthmal stand abated and are disposed of accordingly.
