Rahul Kumar and Ors.) under Section-14 of Securitization & Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 in such time and manner as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the present case;" 3. Considering the fact that the SCJM is to take a decision, he is directed to take a decision and pass orders in accordance with law.
