Case No. 17 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 351(3), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act and later on, Section 25(1-B) (a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act has been added, pending in the Court of Mrs. Shalika Anna Herenz, learned J.M., 1st Class, Jamtara. 3. On 06.03.2025, at about 01:45 P.M., two accused persons namely Santanu Mahato and an unknown person fired on the son of the informant due to which he sustained injuries. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Mrs. Shalika Anna Herenz, learned J.M., 1st Class, Jamtara in connection with Mihijam P.S.
