Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. 2. The present application has been filed seeking transfer of proceedings pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Court No.3, Family Court, Lucknow to any other court of competent jurisdiction. 3. It reveals from the record that an application was also filed before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow which came to be rejected vide order dated 24.12.2024. In the said order, the comments of the learned Judge was called who had submitted her explanation that she was on leave, as such, the orders could not be passed and she had no objection to the transfer. 4. In view thereof, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow has rejected the application for transfer. It also bears from the record that subsequent thereto the applicant has approached this Court by filing an application being Matter Under Article 227 No.1517 of 2025, in which vide order dated 21.03.2025 directions were issued for early hearing without grant of any unnecessary adjournment. 5. It is argued by the Counsel for the applicant that despite the order passed by this Court on 21.03.2025, the matter has not yet been decided. 6. Considering the fact that this Court in its order dated 21.03.2025 had not fixed any timeline and merely because the petition is not being decided and the order sheet of the petition itself shows several reasons including the leave taken by the Presiding Officer, no good ground for transfer of the case is made out. 7.
