[2] By the present application, a prayer is made for exemption from filing the certified copy of the impugned order dated 30-06-2025 passed by Special Judge, ND&PS, Churachandpur in Cril.Misc. (Zima) Case No. 16 of 2025 Ref.:- FIR No. 02 (05) 2025 SGT P.S. u/s 27A & 29 of ND&PS Act, 1985. It is submitted that the applicant has already applied for the certified copy of the said order. However, it will take some time in obtaining the certified copy. Since urgency involved in this matter, it is prayed that the applicant may be permitted to file criminal revision petition without certified copy of the impugned order dated 30-06-2025 and on the basis of the true copy of the same. It is undertaken that the certified copy will be submitted as and when delivered by the authority. [3] In the circumstance, the application is allowed. The connected criminal revision petition along with other application may be registered and numbered, if the same are in order, and be listed in accordance with law.
