Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:42451-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 6629 of 2025 Petitioner :- Waqf Maulvi Mohd. Israr Khan Thru. Mutawalli Ali Hamza Khan Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. U.P. Minorities Welfare And Waqf Deptt. Lko. And 8 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Najam Zafar,Rafat Farooqui Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Farhan Habib Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J. Grievance of the petitioner is against opposite party no. 2 who is stationed at Shahjahanpur. No order of the Waqf Tribunal is challenged. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court by means of Writ C No. 4901 of 2025, which was disposed of on 23.05.2025 in the following terms:- "Heard. The petitioner alleges interference by the District Magistrate, Shahajahanpur with the waqf property in connivance with the private opposite parties in violation of the temporary injunction dated 08.04.2021. On being asked to demonstrate the same, learned Counsel for the petitioner was unable to do so. In view of the above, this is not a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner may avail other remedies, if any. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of." Now a second writ petition has been filed by the same petitioner seeking same relief on the same facts. Petition is apparently not maintainable in view of Chapter XXII Rule 7 of the Allahabad High Court Rules. Writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
