The petitioner has filed this writ petition mainly with the prayer for a direction to the District Magistrate/Collector, Ambedkar Nagar, to restrain the Respondent No. 5 from interfering in the peaceful possession of the land situated at Gata No. 317 Badhaiya, Asgawan, Ambedkar Nagar. The petitioner has further prayed for a direction to the District Magistrate/Collector, Ambedkar Nagar, to decide her representation dated 08.02.2025 on the issue, as aforesaid. There appears to be some dispute between the petitioner and opposite party No. 5, who is a private party. Counsel for the petitioner has not been able to place any provision before us under which the District Magistrate could interfere in such a matter.
