Hon'ble Dr. Yogendra Kumar Srivastava,J.
1. Case called out in the revised list. Although Sri Ajay Shankar,
learned counsel appearing for the respondent-bank is present, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
2. The present petition has been filed primarily seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2, the bank, restraining the bank from compelling the petitioner for depositing the loan amount granted to the petitioner under Prime Ministeer Employment Generation Programme, amounting to Rs.7,00,000/-, for the purpose of establishing Micro Industries in Rural Area regarding Goat Farming.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the bank has submitted that there is in fact no coercive measure being adopted by the bank as yet and therefore the filing of the instant writ petition was an exercise in futility.
4. We do find that till date no coercive measure has been adopted by any of the respondents against the petitioner.
5. In such circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed.
