By means of the present petition the petitioner has challenged the order passed by Additional Commissioner (Administration), Lucknow Division, Lucknow under Section 38 (4) of U.P. Revenue Code. 3. Learned Standing counsel, at the outset, submits that the petitioner has efficacious remedy of preferring revision under Section 210 before the Board of Revenue as has been provided under sub clause 4 of Section 38 of U.P. Land Revenue Amendment Act, 1919. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute aforesaid objection and submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate revision. 5.
