Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent. 2. This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Jitumani Baishya, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Mukalmua P.S. Case No. 155/2025 under Sections 69 of the BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Mukalmua P.S. Case No. 155/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 152/2025 dated 28.07.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court for his regular bail in said Mukalmua P.S. Case No. 155/2025 within a period of 20 (twenty) days from today, which may be considered in accordance with law. 5. The interim bail granted to the petitioner earlier on 27.06.2025 in said Mukalmua P.S. Case No. 155/2025 shall remain in force for the next 20 (twenty) days. 6. In the event, the petitioner fail to appear before the learned Trial Court seeking regular bail, within the period of 20 (twenty) days, the interim bail granted to him shall stands cancelled. 7.
