Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:40868-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 6676 of 2025 Petitioner :- Rekha Devi Respondent :- The State Of U.P. Thru. The Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Revenue Lko. And 8 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Sudhir Kumar Pandey,Annapurna Agnihotri Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. The petitioner has some grievance against the opposite party no. 6 to 9 who are private parties. It is said that petitioner had purchased the said land vide sale deed from recorded tenure holder, however, the opposite parties no. 6 to 9 also claim to have purchased the same land from the same person who had sold it to the petitioner and now, a dispute has arisen. It is said that the suit for cancellation of sale deed of the petitioner by the opposite parties no. 6 to 9 has been dismissed. This is hardly a matter for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner may avail other remedies as may be permissible in law. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is
disposed of. . (Manish Kumar,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.)
