(Lucknow West); District: Lucknow, as well as Charge Sheet No. 01 of 2025 and summoning order dated 06.06.2025 passed in the aforesaid case, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow. 3. The applicant has already been released on bail and it is open for him to file an application for discharge raising all pleas available to him. 4.
