The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue writ, order in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the opposite parties no. 1 to 2, to decide the pettioner's application and constitute the medical board and doing the Re- Medical Examination of the injured i.e. Kamla Devi, that is being annexed as Annexure no. 4 to this writ petition." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset has submitted that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. 4.
