Heard learned counsel for the parties at length. 02. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, when confronted with the maintainability of the instant petition, fairly submits the instant petition be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as may be available under law 03. According to Mr. Ilyas Nazir Laway, learned Government Advocate, the petitioner has to approach the appropriate authority which has been constituted by the Government in terms of Section 51 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, by virtue of S.O. 357 of 2024. 04. In the light of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and also in the light of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondents, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep this petition alive. Accordingly, the same is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy as may be available under law. 05.
