The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 25.10.2024 passed by respondent No.3, whereby the membership of the petitioners was held to be illegal and they were declared not to be the members of the society. 3. Against the said order, the remedy of the petitioners would be to file a suit. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate court by filing a civil suit, if so advised, in accordance with law.
