Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Home. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondents 3 and 4 are interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 5 to 7. It is further submitted that a suit in O.S. No.20 of 2019 is already pending before the Junior Civil Judge, Rayachoti, and respondents 5 to 7 are the defendants in the said suit. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, there shall be a direction to respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents 5 to 7 without following the due process of law. 4.
