Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite party nos. 1 to 4. 2. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party nos. 5 and 6 are dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed challenging selection and appointment of respondent no. 5 on the post of Anganbadi Karyakatri at Anganbadi Kendra Mau-1, Gram Panchayat Mau, Block Deeh, Tehsil Salon, District Raebareli and also under challenge is rejection order of income certificate of petitioner and for relieve of appointment on the post of Anganbadi Karyakatri in the said village. 4. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 15.07.2025 annexing copy of order dated 06.03.2025 whereby petitioner's income certificate has been cancelled. 5. In view thereof, petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the cancellation order dated 06.03.2025 in an appropriate proceedings. 6. It is provided that in case petitioner succeeds in her appeal, her appointment on the said post shall be reconsidered. 7. With the aforesaid observations/directions, petition stands disposed of.
