Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Nitin Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent no.2. 2. Present petition has been filed challenging the recovery citation dated 15.01.2025 issued by respondent no.1. 3. It is submitted that some scheme of settlement is going on. 4. In view thereof, the petitioner is directed to approach respondent no.2 for settlement in the scheme within one week from today. 5. In case the petitioner is entitled to the benefits of the said scheme, respondent no.2 shall take steps for settlement of the amount by passing an order within a period of two weeks from today. 6. For a period of two weeks, respondent no.1 shall not press the recovery against the petitioner. 7. In case the petitioner does not approach respondent no.2 within a period of one week from today, this order shall automatically come to an end. 8. In case respondent no.2 decides against the settlement, the petitioner would be entitled to approach this Court again. 9. Present petition stands disposed off in above terms.
