Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties 1 to 4. In view of order being passed, notices to opposite party no.5 stand dispensed with. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned to release all dues owed to petitioners as legal heir of deceased Chaman Singh wo was son of petitioners and died in service. 3. It appears from record that opposite party no.5, Smt. Pooja Singh is widow of late Chaman Singh as has been admitted by petitioners. 4. Since considering petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh representation before opposite party no.4 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Raebareli. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from receipt of representation of petitioners along with a certified copy of this order after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioners as well as Smt. Pooja Singh, opposite party no.5. 5. With aforesaid direction, the petition stands finally disposed of.
