This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI quashing the impugned F.I.R. No.0076, dated 08.05.2025, Police Station- Sampurna Nagar, District Kheri, under Sections 74 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023 (As contained in the Annexure No.5)." Learned counsel for the petitioners says that petitioner no.1 out of some misapprehension and under pressure of her parents has lodged the F.I.R. impugned in this petition against her husband i.e. petitioner no.2. After lodging of the said F.I.R. both of them got married and the petitioner no.1 is living peacefully with the petitioner no.2, and, therefore this petition has been filed praying for protection from this Court. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court instructions dated 16.07.2025 sent by Sub Inspector, Police Station Sampurnanagar, District Kheri, wherein it has been stated that charge- sheet dated 08.07.2025 has been submitted to the Supervisory Authority. Instructions are taken on record. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the Court/ Magistrate concerned.
