Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for payment of family pension to petitioner w.e.f. 12.07.1993 till 31.12.2015 alongwith arrears and interest. 3. It has been submitted that family pension has been sanctioned to petitioner vide order dated 15.07.2022 acknowledging petitioner to be the daughter of late Krishna Narain Mast but no reason have been indicated for not paying the aforesaid family pension from the date when it was admissible to her. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, opposite party no. 3 i.e. Account Officer (Pension), Office of controller of Communication Accounts, U.P. Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order produced before the said authority. 5.
