In view of the aforesaid objection, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal, if so advised, in accordance with law. In case, an appeal is filed within three weeks from today, the same shall be entertained on merits and shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation.
