Learned counsel for the State has written instructions from the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Lalganj, Raebareli dated 14.07.2025 that the revenue authorities are not interfering in the possession of the petitioner in any manner. One Uma Shanker has filed an application for recall of the order dated 26.05.2025 passed in proceeding under Section 24 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006. In view of the aforesaid, nothing is required to be adjudicated. The revenue authorities shall abide by the instructions given by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Lalganj, Raebareli to the learned Standing Counsel, which have been recorded herein above and are taken on record. There shall be no interference in the possession of the petitioner unless any legal proceedings are drawn and orders are passed therein. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
