Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 05.07.2025 rejecting petitioner's representation against the order terminating her services as Aganwadi Worker in the village concerned. 3. From a perusal of material on record and on the basis of submissions advanced by learned counsel for parties, it is evident that petitioner's appointment was made on the basis of Income Certificate dated 02.08.2024, which has been cancelled and has led to her termination of service. 4. It is also evident that petitioner's continuance in service would be dependent only on the outcome of challenge, if any, raised to the order dated 02.08.2024. 5. It is, therefore, provided that in case petitioner succeeds in her challenge to the order dated 02.08.2024, if raised, the authorities may revisit the impugned order of termination of services of petitioner. 6. It has been submitted that petitioner has already raised challenge to the order dated 02.08.2024 in appeal dated 07.06.2025.
