Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for the opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to permit petitioner for training on the post of Constable in Civil Police in recruitment held in the year 2023. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner was selected for the aforesaid post and appointment letter was also issued to him but he has not been sent for training in view of the fact that a criminal case is pending against him in which final report has been submitted. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspect, liberty is granted to him to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of the order is served upon him. 5. With the aforesaid observations/directions, petition stands disposed of.
