The petition is filed challenging a notice by which the petitioner has been called upon to furnish certain documents, in the background of the fact that an accident occurred resulting in the death of a worker. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this notice is without the jurisdiction and the same is required to be quashed. 3. If an unfortunate accident occurred in a building which resulted in the death of a particular person, it would be open to the BBMP Authorities to call upon the owner of the building to furnish documents regarding his building, especially with relation to his construction. I, therefore, find no infirmity in the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:4334 WP No. 2428 of 2025 notice issued to entertain this Writ Petition. This Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. 4.
