Since the subject matter of these Writ Petitions is one and the same, at the request of the learned counsel on both the sides, these matters are heard together and passed the following common order. 4 4. Heard Sri K.S.Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioners in W.P.No. 8258 of 2019, Sri K. Keerthi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.No. 10848 of 2019 and Sri C. Sudesh Anand, learned counsel for the respondent No.3. 5. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 would submit that they have complied with the interim orders passed by this Court dated 07.08.2019 in I.A.No.01 of 2019 in W.P.No.10848 of 2019 and dated 11.07.2019 in W.P.No. 8258 of 2019 respectively. Learned Counsel would further submit that in W.P.No.8258 of 2019, the petitioner Nos. 2, 4 and 5, have left the University voluntarily. Learned Counsel would further submit that the petitioners in W.P.Nos. 10848 of 2019 and 8258 of 2019, except the three persons referred above have been continuing in the same posts as per the terms of the contract. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petitions may be disposed of. 7. Recording the above said submissions, these Writ Petitions are disposed of.
