A perusal of the judgment and order dated 01.01.2020, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C-II, Fatehpur passed in Sessions Trial No. 170 of 2017 shows that the applicant, Sunil Soni, has been convicted vide judgment and order dated 01.01.2020 and variously sentenced on different counts. 3. This is a bail application pending trial. 4. In view of the supervening event, this bail application no longer survives. It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. 5.
