Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act 1955, Police Station- Bandhuwakala, District- Sultanpur lodged by the Opposite Party No. 4 as contained in ANNEXURE NO. 1 to this Writ Petition. 2. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to take any coercive steps against the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R contained in ANNEXURE NO. 1 to this writ petition " 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court in accordance with law. 4.
