The present application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 10.10.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 20, Meerut, in Criminal Revision No. 274 of 2024, whereby revisional court affirmed the order of learned Magistrate by which one complaint has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
