Side) O R D E R This petition has filed by the petitioners to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioners and their family under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2024. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioners are not accused in any case. They have only called the petitioners since their vehicle is involved in the offence. Thereafter the real accused was arrested and released on bail. They have not harassed the petitioners as alleged in the petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.
