Of Commercial Tax Lucknow And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Prabhakar Pandey,Harendra Singh,Satish Kumar Sharma Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J. Heard. The petitioner claims to have applied for compensation under the Mukhyamantri Vyapari Durghatna Bima Yojana on 21.01.2025 consequent to death of her husband, who was a businessman, in an accident. Petitioner is a widow. Learned Standing Counsel has instruction that the petitioner has not applied appropriately on the concerned portal, online. He also says that the limitation for such application is six months, however he fairly says that there is provision for entertaining the application submitted after six months but after condonation of delay by the concerned authorities. Let the petitioner apply under the aforesaid scheme online and if such application is submitted, the same would be considered and decided on merits as the delay does not appear to be inordinate nor deliberate and also as the petitioner is a widow. The decision shall be taken on merits under the aforesaid scheme within three months. The writ petition stands disposed of. . [Manish Kumar,J.] [Rajan Roy,J.] Order Date :- 22.7.2025 S.
