The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: I. Issue a direction to the first respondent to issue Hakku Patra to the petitioners in respect of site No.29 of Raghavendra Slum, Yediyur-Nagasandra village, behind Veeranjaneya Swamy Temple, K.R.Road, BSK II Stage, 14th Cross, Shastri Nagar, Bangalore as was issued to the similarly situated persons in the slum. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not pressing prayer No.II. The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioners about non pressing of prayer No.II is placed on record. As far as prayer No.I is concerned, counsel for the petitioners submits that a Mandamus may be ordered directing the first respondent to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners on 20.04.2015 and 31.10.2019. Counsel for the petitioners on instructions submits that though the representations are made back in the year 2015 and 2019 the same are not considered as of today. The petitioners grievance is that they made representations in the year 2015 and 2019 and the same is not considered as of today. Hence, a Mandamus is ordered directing the first respondent to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners vide Annexures-L and Q in accordance with the law if not considered as of today, within eight weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
