Petition has been filed challenging order dated 14th June, 2025 whereby petitioner has been posted from district Sultanpur to district Siddharth Nagar as Additional Statistics Officer. It has been submitted that although the impugned order indicates that the present posting is in pursuance of earlier promotional order but has drawn attention to the order dated 15the June, 2025 whereby six persons who were similarly placed as petitioner were retained at their current place of posting. It is submitted that petitioner also requires to be treated equally in view of the fact that his father is handicapped and bed ridden due to which his treatment is ongoing in district Pratapgarh itself. It is submitted that there are other posts of petitioner Statistics Officer in district Sultanpur which are lying vacant where petitioner can very well be adjusted. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Director, Agricultural, Statistics and Crops Insurance, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided keeping in view the medical condition of petitioner's father sympathetically within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
