Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer :- "1. Direct the authorities concerned to make/ensure the compliance of the order dated 03.09.2020 passed by the court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kaiserganj, Bahraich in civil suit No.573 of 2020 (Nijam and others Vs. Rajesh and others) in the interest of justice as contained in Annexure No.1 to this petition." 3. Considering the fact that the injunction has been passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to move an appropriate application under Section 151 of C.P.C., before the Civil Judge (Junior Division) in the suit in which the injunction was granted. In case, such an application is filed, the Civil Judge (Junior Division) shall ensure and take necessary steps in compliance of the order by issuing suitable directions.
