Petitioner is an outsourced employee engaged to discharge duties as Lab Assistant in a Government Inter College. He was transferred from one Inter College to another within District Nainital. Both the colleges are about 20 km. apart. 3. Petitioner has questioned his transfer on various grounds. The principal ground of challenge was that it is a stigmatic order which has been passed without hearing petitioner. 4. Learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the order is not stigmatic. The written instructions received by him from Chief Education Officer, Nainital are produced in Court which are taken on record. 5. In para 3 of the said written instructions, it is pointed out that service record of outsourced employees is not maintained in College level or in the office of District Education Officer, therefore the order impugned in this petition will not have any adverse effect on service 2025:UHC:10466 conditions of the petitioner, if at all his claim is considered for regularisation in future. 6. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
