Present petition has been filed with following main prayers:- " writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash impugned First Information Report registered at First Information Report registered at FIR/Case Crime No.0094 of 2025, Under Section 316(4), 318(4), 61(2), 336(2), 338, 340(2) B.N.S., Police Station-Vikas Nagar, District-Lucknow dated 05.07.2025 lodged by Opposite Party No.3 against the Petitioner and others which is contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition. b. A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding to the Opposite Parties No.1 and 2 not to arrest to Petitioner in First Information Report registered at FIR/Case Crime No.0094 of 2025, Under Section 316(4), 318(4), 61(2), 336(2), 338, 340(2) B.N.S., Police Station-Vikas Nagar, District-Lucknow dated 05.07.2025 lodged by Opposite Party No.3 against the Petitioner and others. " 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court in accordance with law. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 5. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn.
