The official opposite parties, as alleged, are digging a pit in front of the house of the petitioner. The house of the petitioner exists on abadi land. The pit is being dug on Gata No.127, which is recorded as gaddha. We do not find it a fit case for interference under Article 226. The petitioner may however avail other remedies as may be permissible in law or can approach the authorities concerned, who may look into the matter, if there is no legal impediment.
